Matilda Magee of Magnolia rests her eyes while sitting outside the Mississippi Trade Mart in Jackson on Wednesday while waiting on friends who are standing in a nearby line waiting to get assistance from the Red Cross. Magee and her mother arrived at the Trade Mart well before dawn and made their way through the line just before 10 a.m. but had to wait on their friends who had given them a ride from Magnolia.
